Sugar-Prune Oatmeal

  • 1/2 cup organic old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  •  1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 pitted prunes
  • 2 teaspoons dark brown sugar

Let’s get started!

Combine oats, almond milk, and banana in a microwave safe bowl.

  After microwaving, mash banana into mixture to achieve an even consistency (no chunks!)

 Mix!

Sprinkle on the fixins’ & enjoy!
