Coconut Banana Oatmeal

Entirely organic. 5 ingredients. 7 minutes. Under 300 calories. The best part? The high nutritional profile!


  • 1/4 (or 1/2) cup organic old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon raw organic cacao nibs
  • 1 tablespoon organic unsweetened coconut flakes




Begin by measuring oats into microwave-safe bowl. Add almond milk. Chop banana into chunks (about 3 pieces), place into bowl and mush banana a little bit.

Microwave oats, milk, and banana on high for 3 minutes (I forgot to add my banana before microwaving in these photos.

Stir well and top with coconut flakes and cacao nibs. For additional sweetness, add 1 tablespoon raw organic honey! Let cool & enjoy!
