Our family had company last night and I was looking for a special side dish to accompany my mom’s steak, mushroom, and baked potato meal. With the heavy, decadent recipes in abundance on pinterest and in the magazines, it was tempting to prepare a rich recipe because I wanted something unique, but this salad caught my eye instead.
The seven layer salad did not disappoint, in beauty or flavor (try not to drool).
