After all of the rich food, cookies, chocolately deserts and more, many people are looking to cleanse their bodies and get back on track in 2015! This year, I made a goal to continue eating clean all throughout the holiday by preparing healthy meals, keeping the sweets out of sight, and getting my family on board! We all did AMAZING, feel amazing, and are so proud of how healthy this holiday was! I am so thankful for my family, health, and happiness this year!

Now even though the holiday is over, I want to continue my balanced and nutritious eating into the new year! I’m glad I will get to join the rest of the population in these crazy new years resolutions, healthy recipes, and killer work outs!

But at the end of the day, I still like my treats and sweets and am not willing to sacrifice tasty for healthy. A recipe that contains both is my favorite kind of recipe.
